Their mouths collided, as they began to strip each other, pulling at each other’s clothes, discarding them as they devoured each other.

Zach began to move and guide Emma towards his bedroom. As their hands explored each other’s bodies. Once inside his bedroom, he pulled her closer to him again. He kissed her softly as he slid his hands around her waist and up her back. His touch sent a tingle straight through her body.

Zach lowered Emma, who was now just wearing a bra and panties, down on to his bed.

He stood and took in every inch of her perfect, curvy body and he could feel himself twitch. But he wanted to take this slowly, but he knew that was going to be hard, he wanted her so much.

He slid his boxer shorts down his legs and stepped out of them, then walked slowly to the bed.

Climbing over Emma, he reached for the rim of her lace panties and slid them down her legs. She tilted her hips up off the bed to make it easier to remove them.

Once he discard her panties on the floor he traced up her body with the tips of his fingers, starting at her ankles and working his way slowly as he crawled further up her body.

Finally he was face to face with her as he balanced above her. He smiled at her before he softly traced kisses from her perfect lips, down her neck until he reached the curve of her breasts. He reached up and slowly peeled the strap of her black lace bra, from her shoulder and down her arm. Then moved to the cup and pulled it down, revealing her swollen, hard nipple.

Taking her nipple in his mouth, he gently sucked and teased it as his hand reach for her other breast. He brushed his thumb across her nipple before he reached around her back an opened the clasp on her bra, and slid it down her arms.

“You’re breathtaking,” he whispered before he slammed his mouth against hers. This time the kiss wasn’t tender. It was full of hunger and passion.

Taking her by the hands, he raised her arms above her head and pinned her firmly to the bed. His mouth left hers as once again he worked his way back down to her swollen, aching breasts.

He teased her nipples with his tongue, nipping and biting them gently. He traced the fingers of his free hand down her body until it came to a stop between her legs. He looked up into her eyes. Asking for permission. She smiled giving him what he wanted.

Slipping his hand further between her legs. He gently teased her soft folds before he found her clit and stroked it gently with his thumb. She arched her back off the bed as the feeling of pure pleasure coursed through her body.

He pressed his lips against the soft skin on her belly as he released her hands; he could smell the apple blossom body wash she used and her subtle perfume.

He slipped a finger inside and she cried out as she grabbed the bed clothes beneath her. He smiled to himself at her reaction and just how responsive she was to his touch. Slowly he glided a second finger inside and she gripped the bedding tighter.

He continued to stroke her deeply as he ran his tongue down her body until he was down between her legs. He removed his fingers and spread her legs further apart.

Emma watched him nervously as he pressed his mouth against her inner thigh. Then he licked her softly and slowly, letting his tongue run back up her thigh until he reached the apex of her leg. He flicked his eyes back up to Emma and he gave her a grin before he took her aching clit into his mouth, sucking and licking it hard.

“Oh God, Zach!” she cried out, as her whole body began to quiver as she could feel her orgasm build quickly, She knew this wouldn’t take long.

He pushed his fingers back inside her as she threw her hands up and gripped his hair as the orgasm ripped through her body. Her whole body shook as the wave of ecstasy rolled through her.

She had never had an orgasm like that before. She was completely lost in her own little world and didn’t notice as Zach reached for his bedside locker, pulled out a foil packet and tore it open. He quickly rolled the condom down his impressive cock and slipped his legs back between her hers.

Suddenly he was over her again and she smiled up at him.

“Are you okay?” he asked, returning her smile.

“I am great,” she said and couldn’t help but smile wider.

“Well I am not finished with you yet,” he laughed as he claimed her mouth with his. She could feel his cock at her entrance. She instinctively titled her hips up. She wanted him as much as he wanted her.

He met her hips with his as he slid his whole length inside her. Emma cried out from the fullness. He was big.

She closed her eyes and gripped his shoulders tighter, pulling him closer to her as her body adjusted to him.

He withdrew from her almost completely and before he slammed into her once again.

“Jesus, Emma,” he groaned against her neck. “You feel so good. This isn’t going to last long.”

He slammed into her again and Emma cried out once more. She held him tightly and he thrust into her again and again, his pace was unforgiving and intense.

Emma couldn’t believe she was building again so quickly. She closed her eyes and pressed her face against his shoulder as he pushed into her deeper and deeper.

“OH GOD, ZACH!” she cried out, surprising herself with her cries. She never cried out like this during sex before. But then, she never had sex like this before. She gripped him tighter and her body shook as another orgasm tore through her.

Zach slammed into her again and again until he finally came, reaching his own climax calling out incoherently before he collapsed exhausted on top of her. Neither said a word for a few minutes, each panting and desperately trying to catch their breath.

“Jesus,” Zach said finally, lifting his head and looking down into Emma face and smiled. “That was… you are… wow!”

Emma couldn’t help but laugh then she leaned up and kissed him on the lips and smile.

“Are you ready to go again,” she whispered against his mouth.

“Oh hell ya,” Zach growled before his mouth claimed hers.

She left early before Zach had even woke up. She was flying high.

But now back in her parents’ house she was dropped back down to earth with a bang.

“Jonathan phoned last night,” Gerry said as she made herself a cup of tea. Emma could feel her cheeks blush. A sense of panic swept over her.

“Emma, are you ok chicken?” Gerry asked snapping her out of her daydream.

  “Yeah,” she replied. “Why?”

“Because you’re pouring milk all over the counter,” he said pointing to the mess she made all over the counter.

“Oh crap!” she shouted. She grabbed the kitchen paper and began to wipe it up.

Gerry got up and helped her clean up.

“You haven’t seemed yourself the last couple of days,” Gerry asked as he bent down to wipe the floor.

“I am fine,” she replied. She felt the panic inside her bubble and grow. Maybe he knew. But how could he. How could he have known where she was the night before? She decided she was panicking over nothing. “I guess it just wedding nerves.”

“Ah right,” he said still looking at her with a strange expression.

Emma went up to her room. She flopped back on to the bed. She was so torn.

What was she doing? She was less than three weeks from marrying the most wonderful man in the world.

And she loved Jonathan. Of course she did. What was there not to love? He was kind, caring, handsome and above all extremely loyal. He knew exactly where he was going in life. With him she felt safe. She knew there was nothing in this world he wouldn’t do for her.

And then there was Zach. He was very handsome and very charming. He was full of mystery. When she was with him she felt so alive. There was something about him she couldn’t resist. She had never felt like that before.

She reached over to her side table and picked up her photo of Jonathan. She looked at his beautiful blue eyes. She closed her eyes and tried to make sense of her feelings. What
a mess they were.

She wished the mess would all disappear. She drifted off to sleep. It was a restless sleep but somehow her problems seemed less real and she could ignore them. But when she woke she would have to face her problems again.

The phone on her bedside table rang and panic and fear washed over her. She sat and watch as it ring over and over again.

Finally it stopped and Emma felt relieved but it was short lived.

“Emma,” her Dad called from down stairs. “Phone for you.”

“Ok,” she replied and took a deep breath before she picked it up. “Hello”.

“Emma,” Grace said sounding panicked on the other end of the phone.

“Grace,” Emma said relieved that it wasn’t Jonathan but still she was concerned with the edginess in her friend’s voice. “What wrong?”

“We need to talk,” Grace replied. “Have you talked to Jonathan yet this morning?”

“No why?” Emma asked, completely panicked.

“He rang here last night and left a message on my phone,” she explained. “And then he rang here again this morning looking for you.”

  “Oh crap,” Emma said.

“Emma, he said he rang your Mam’s and they said you were staying with me,” Grace explained.

“Did you tell him I didn’t?” Emma asked, she could barely breathe.

“Of course I didn’t,” Grace replied. “I told him we went for a drink last night and I hadn’t checked my messages yet and that you had just left and he should try you at home in a while.”

“Thanks Grace,” Emma sighed with relief. “I am sorry you had to lie for me.”

“Jesus Emma!” Grace exclaimed. “What the fuck is going on?”

“It nothing really,” Emma replied. “I just needed some space. My Mom was wrecking my head about this bloody wedding. I just needed to get away on my own for a night. I couldn’t tell my Mam she was doing my head in so I told her I was staying with you for the night.”

“Where did you go?” Grace asked.

“I booked into that little bed and breakfast up the coast road,” Emma said. She hated all this lying, especially to Grace. She was her best friend since forever and she never lied to Grace.

Emma considered telling Grace the truth but then she would have to ask Grace to lie for her again and she couldn’t ask her to do that.

“Thank God,” Grace said sounding so relieved and she giggled. “I thought for a moment you were having your final fling.”

“Why would I do that?” Emma said with a nervous laugh. “I am marrying the man of my dreams.”

“I know I was just being ridiculous,” Grace said sounding guilty. Emma felt terrible. “Well I won’t delay you anymore. Jonathan is probably trying to ring you.”

“Thanks Grace,” Emma said and she really meant it. “You are a good friend.”

Emma hung up the phone and flopped back down on the bed.

What are you up to Emma Kelly she asked herself? Once again the phone rang she knew this time it would be Jonathan. She sat up and took a deep breath.

“Hello,” she said when she lifted up the receiver of the phone.

“Hey sweetie,” Jonathan’s happy voice beamed down the phone. “God you’re a hard woman to track down.”

“I’m sorry,” Emma replied. “Dad said you called last night. I stopped in Grace’s. We went for a drink.” Emma felt like a total bitch. She was lying to all the people she loved and it was the worse feeling in the world.

“Well it was for nothing major,” he said not picking up on her discomfort. “I just wanted to tell the woman of my dreams how much I loved her.”

“I love you too,” Emma replied as a huge pang of guilt shot through her and pierced her heart. She needed to stop this. Now!

  Chapter 12

“Oh my God!” was all Jenna could say when Emma filled her in on everything that had happened. “It is certainly a lot of information to get at once.”

“I know,” Emma sighed, relieved to have told someone the complete full story of how messed up her life is.

“Oh my God!” Jenna exclaimed again. This time she gave a nervous little giggle

“Can you say something else?” Emma groaned.

“I don’t know what to say,” Jenna laughed. “You have certainly got yourself into one epic fucking mess. Aren’t you the dark horse?”

“Sometimes I don’t know what I am” Emma replied sadly, but then she gave Jenna a small smile. “But I am so glad you’re here.”

“So this guy is still around?” Jenna asked.

“Yeah,” Emma nodded. “I saw him today.”

“And is he still sexy?” Jenna asked.

“Jenna!” Emma exclaimed with a laugh. “That’s not really the point.”

“It is so the point,” Jenna said adamantly. “Like it or not honey, you are back on the market and there is no harm in checking out some possibilities. And if guy is still available.”

“Jesus, Jenna,” Emma replied, amused by her friend’s attitude. “You really know how to put things into perspective.”

“Come on Emma,” Jenna laughed. “Your problem is you’re over thinking things. There is no point in worrying about the past. It has happened and there is nothing you can do to change a thing. So you made a few mistakes. Who hasn’t? But what you need to think about is what you’re going to do next.”

“I haven’t got a clue, I honestly don’t,” Emma said honestly. “Besides it might not be up to me. Even if I wanted to, you’re forgetting one important bit of information. He was the one who didn’t want me.”

“Yes but that could have been because he didn’t want to be the cause of wrecking your wedding,” Jenna replied. “But you are not married anymore.”

“I just think it is still too soon” Emma replied realizing Jenna was right. She was single. She was no longer married. “How can I move on so quickly?”

“Look I loved Jonathan, I really did” Jenna said. “And every day I miss him so much. But he is gone and it has been almost nine months. Sitting here feeling guilty about the past and worrying about the future is not going to bring him back. You need to put the past where it belongs, in the past. Stop being afraid of what could happen and learn to take some chances again. Emma you are still a young very attractive woman.”

“But Jenna, even if he did still have feelings for me,” Emma said realizing another small fact. “What would happen if he found out the truth about Mia? He will never forgive me for keeping her a secret from him.”

“I wish I could tell you he won’t be angry” Jenna admitted honestly. “He probably will be, but maybe he will understand. But you know what, you were put into a terrible position and in all fairness he was the one who walked away from you. Until a few days ago, you had no idea where he was so technically it isn’t your fault. But remember one thing, whatever happens, I will still love you.”

“Thank you for being my friend,” Emma said hugging Jenna tightly. “I don’t know what I would do without you.”

They were interrupted by a soft knock on the bedroom door.

  “Come in,” Emma called out

“I am glad to see a smile back on your face,” Helen said as she came into the room. She walked over to Emma and kissed her on her forehead. “I am sorry for disturbing you girls but the dinner is ready and also there is a little girl down stairs looking for her Mommy,”

“Thanks Mom,” Emma said. She stood up and walked to the mirror to check herself before the two friends followed Helen down to the kitchen,

“Mommy!” Mia cried out excitedly as Emma walked into the kitchen. The little girl ran to her Mam and jumped into her open arms.

“My beautiful girl,” Emma said hugging her little girl tightly. “Were you a good girl for your Nana?”

“She is always a good girl,” Helen said passing out the dinner dished. “She even helped me with the dinner.”

“You did?” Emma gushed as Mia beamed back at her with delight. “Wow you are su
ch a great helper.”

They all took their place around the table and Helen dished up the dinner.

“So Jenna, do you think that now you’re here,” Louise said as she reached for the salt on the table. “We might get this one to lighten up a little and have a little fun.”

“Oh I think between the two of us,” Jenna smiled as she tucked into her dinner. “We can certainly try.”

Emma glanced up at them both. She suddenly felt a pang of dread.

“Mrs. Kelly,” Jenna said stuffing spoonful’s of her dinner into her mouth. “This is gorgeous. No one can cook like you.”

“Thank you Jenna,” Helen replied. “And I have told you before, call me Helen.”

“Ok Helen,” Jenna agreed with her usual big bright smile.

“Evening all,” Conner, Louise’s partner said as he put his head around the back door. “Great, just in time for dinner. Ah Helen, something smells really good.”

“Sit down and I will get you a plate,” Helen said jumping up from the table.

“Mom sit down,” Emma said beating Helen to the plate press. “I will sort Conner out.”

“Thanks love,” Helen said sitting back down. She introduced Jenna to Conner.

“We met when we were over with Emma and Jonathan a couple of years ago” Conner said casually. Everybody else except Jenna stopped eating. Jenna looked up and was surprised at how weird they all reacted to the simple mention of Jonathan’s name.

She thought right then that she had arrived just in time. No wonder Emma was so on edge. If they were acting like this all the time. It would make anyone stressed out.

Emma turned back to the table. She hadn’t heard what Conner had said. She looked at everyone sitting there looking at each other.

“What’s wrong?” she said looking from one to the other.

“Nothing love,” Helen replied quickly, “Sit down and eat your dinner before it gets cold.”

They ate their dinner and chatting and laughed. Jenna told stories about her and Emma back in New York. Helen was really happy to see Emma smile once again. For the first time since she was home, she seemed more like the old Emma.
